Casarva - Stage 3 Modelling and Animation completed.
Casarava are a Bike to Trike conversion company based in the UK. They provide bespoke full build Bike to Trike conversions and conversion kits for self assembly. They have developed an Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) system for Trikes which dramatically improves ride quality by allowing the rear wheels to move vertically (i.e. reacting to a bump on the road) independently of each other. A great product that was hard to visually convey via their website and social media presence. The solution was to build 3D animated models of the 3 drive train versions that Casarva offer (Shaft, Chain and Belt drives). We provided annotated 3D animations that not only showed what the kits looked like but also the movement of the IRS system in action. The models are built at 1:1 scale with accurate dimensions, enabling future use for parts and instructional illustrations.
